3 fresh, healthy meals per day delivered/collected twice a week along with an exercise programme to help you drop a jean or dress size with in 28 days!

Your menu for the week will be sent out every Monday with all macros on it.

The meals are put together from our monthly menu but we a few added bonus's for lunch & breakfast -   The programme works out around £3 a meal!

*Local delivery is included, but outside of IP1-IP5 a charge will occur for delivery.

Delivery will be from 5pm on a Tuesday and Thursday, collection (Warks Kitchen Martlesham, will be from 3pm Tuesday & Thursday.

Our cut off deadline to start the programme is 11pm on a Saturday, for Tuesday delivery/collection.

Breakfast: Juice - Beetroot, Cucumber, lemon, Ginger

Lunch: Halloumi sundried tomato and avocado wrap Cals, 416, fat 19.8g, carbs4.7g, protein 17.1g

Dinner : Chicken & blackbean stir fry with noodles Cals 430, Carbs 47g, Fat 8g, Protein 39g


Thursday :

Breakfast : Fruit salad cals 155, carbs 39g, fat 0.6g, protein 1.8g

Lunch : chicken salad with Cous Cous Calories 319 carbs 14.9g fat 8.1g protein 35.7g 

Dinner : Lasagne and salad  Cals 440, Carbs 10.5g, Fat 21.2g, Protein 25.1g


Friday :

Breakfast: Protein pancakes with mixed berries cals 301, fat 16g, carbs 25g, Protein 16g

Lunch : BBQ wings and coleslaw 311 cals, carbs 22.5g, fat 13g, protein 21.7g

Dinner: Chicken tex mex pasta Cals 533, Fat 12g, Carbs 14.9g, Protein 35.7g


Saturday :

Breakfast: Peanut butter and vanilla protein bar Cals 98, Carbs 12g, Protein 6g, Fat 5g
Lunch: Chicken salad with mango and coconut dressing  Calories 301, Fat 9.3g Carbs 12.5g, Protein 35.7g

Dinner : Jerk chicken rice and coleslaw  Cals 464, Carbs 50g, Fat 11g, Protein 44g



Customer Experience 

The 28 day challenge was a great experience start to finish. I wanted to not only lose the lock down weight i had gained but also change my relationship with food, drinking water and working out. The food was amazing and i loved the work outs. I have dropped a dress size and feel amazing . I will certainly be using Warks kitchen to maintain. Totally recommend Thankyou been a pleasure 👌🏽
